This Saturday The Bogotá Council approved the Marshall Plan for the economic reactivation of the country’s capital.
With this approval, property is frozen for 2.6 million owners, with exemptions of up to 80% for schools and gardens.
Too there will be relief for theaters and museums and discounts of up to 25% of the ICA to companies with falls in their income.
After approval, Mayor Claudia López thanked the Council for the approval of the initiative, through their social networks.

The project was approved in its entirety after two days of intense blended discussions. Of the 39 articles submitted by Claudia López, none were deleted. This will now be sanctioned by the mayor of Bogotá.
The approved draft agreement is 315 of 2020, “By which incentives are established for economic reactivation, with respect to unified property taxes and industry and commerce, as a result of the epidemiological situation caused by the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the unified tax is adopted under the Simple Tax Regime ( Simple) in the Capital District, its consolidated rates are set, benefits are established for business formalization and other measures are dictated in tax and procedural matters “.
