Richar Arley Díaz, alias ‘Cóndor’, who would be the head of the criminal structure ‘Los Pelusos’, was captured by members of the National Police in Santiago, Norte de Santander, this Wednesday.
President Iván Duque confirmed the arrest of the alleged criminal through his Twitter account.
“It is a forceful blow to a criminal of the worst kind,” considered the president.

Alias Cóndor is implicated in multiple assassinations of social leaders in the northeast of the country, Duque said.
In addition, he would be responsible for other crimes such as conspiracy and terrorism.
“His illegal organization is accused of drug trafficking and extortion in this region. 17 years of illegal activity and terror are put to an end,” said the president.
