He alleged femicide of a young mother in Envigado, south of the Aburrá Valley, it causes consternation among the community and the Municipal Administration.
The victim is a 35-year-old woman, who was attacked with a knife in her home, located in the glove box sector.
Although the mother of the family was transferred to the Manuel Uribe Ángel Hospital, she did not resist and died as a result of her injuries.
According to the authorities, the crime occurred on the night of Saturday, October 17, and the person accused is his ex-partner.
“The aggressor was admitted to the same hospital unit, who was injured by the community. At the scene of the events, witnesses state that the woman was in her residence at the time she was attacked, ”said Colonel Ómar Rodríguez, deputy commander of the Valle de Aburrá Police.

After the crime, the mayor of Envigado sent a message to reject the alleged femicide and send a message of solidarity to the family of the victim.
“Let this be the opportunity to emphasize the comprehensive care route that the municipality has to provide accompaniment to women victims of violence, from the Secretaries of Gender Equality and Security and Coexistence, in order to provide the necessary guarantees to those who think they may be being victims of some kind of violence, “said Braulio Espinosa.
