Álvaro Gómez Hurtado’s next of kin point out that a possible compensation – derived from convictions in the criminal action against the material and intellectual authors – “They will be destined as a donation to the Ombudsman’s Office for legal assistance through the public defender’s office ex officio in memory of falsely accused citizens in the framework of the investigations carried out over the last 25 years “.
