A judge acquitted for the crime of violent carnal access to Fredy Armando Valencia, known as the ‘Monster of Monserrate’, and who is accused of raping and murdering nine women in the hills of Bogotá.
The dispatch said that “There is reasonable doubt” that Valencia abused the women, given that the Prosecutor’s Office did not present conclusive evidence of the violations to the victims, given the level of decomposition of the bodies.
