Due to the information that some media have published about those attending the match of the Colombian National Team for the Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifiers, the Colombian Football Federation is allowed to specify that:

· The protocol established for international matches and the regulations of the National Government for this type of event were fully complied with.

· The Colombian Football Federation used less than half of the quotas established in the protocol for international matches. Each attendee who entered the Roberto Meléndez Metropolitan Stadium in the city of Barranquilla was previously registered, according to the guidelines.

· Each of the 10 sponsors that the Colombian National Team currently has had a single quota as a minimum right to their sponsorship. In a very specific case, one of the sponsors chose to deliver the assigned quota for his manager to a recognized digital influencer, who, like the other attendees, complied with the biosafety parameters in terms of prior registration and health guidelines.

· Likewise, the Colombian Soccer Federation reiterates that only people authorized by the protocol entered the match: one assistant per sponsor, Federation personnel, related delegations, Caracol Televisión broadcast team and other technical officials.

· The attendance of the sole representatives for each sponsor was also aimed at presenting the new sports headquarters of the Colombian Football Federation in Barranquilla.

The Colombian Soccer Federation has always followed all the guidelines established by the authorities, institutions and the National Government, and will continue to act accordingly to guarantee the growth of soccer in Colombia.
