On the afternoon of this Friday, in the rural area of Jamundí, Valle del Cauca, four men were killed.
Andrés Felipe Ramírez, mayor of this municipality, confirmed the facts through his Twitter account.
The victims have wounds caused by gunshots, according to images released by the public.
The massacre occurred in “La Meseta, commune village,” Ramírez said.

The massacre was confirmed after members of the Metropolitan Police and the National Army carried out verification tasks at the scene.
It should be noted that in the rural area of Jamundí there is a presence of armed groups and dissidents from the Farc such as ‘Jaime Martínez’.
For now, the authorities have not provided a hypothesis about the massacre.
According to the Institute of Studies for Development and Peace, Indepaz, during 2020, in Colombia, 263 people have been killed in 66 massacres. Two of these massacres took place in Valle del Cauca.
