A prosecutor from the Elite Group of Sexual Crimes, Gedes, of the Bogotá Sectional Directorate, charged NA Gutiérrez Ojeda, as the alleged sexual aggressor of a woman, Who would have quoted with a false profile on a social network offering him a job.
The events occurred on September 28 at the home of the investigated person, located in the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, where the victim arrived in search of an alleged job opportunity.
The man apparently located the woman in a room in the house and later, with a knife, it is presumed that he threatened her, subjected her by force and carnally agreed to her on several occasions.
Following the abuse, Gutiérrez Ojeda allegedly took the victim out of the house and took her to the Autopista Sur to take public transportation.
On October 5, with the support of the Sijín Judicial Police, the arrest warrant for this man, who accepted his responsibility in the crime of violent carnal access in a homogeneous and successive contest in a circumstance of greater punishment, which the Prosecutor’s Office imputed to him.
For his part, the 27th Municipal Criminal Judge, with the function of guaranteeing control, endorsed the request of the Prosecutor’s Office and imposed an assurance measure in a prison establishment on the accused.
The accusing body managed to identify two more possible victims of this alleged sexual abuser.
