The role of the Compliance and AML team is to define, prioritize and communicate the short-term and long-term compliance objectives in Colombia.
Features
– Structure the requirements and compliance processes (AML / risk management) from scratch.
– Develop strategies for business units to comply with highly complex regulatory and policy requirements.
– Lead analysis of existing and proposed legislation, and analysis of regulatory announcements and industry practices
