Sad This is how the followers and members of the ‘Rey de Rocha’, one of the most important picós of the Caribbean Coast, woke up this Sunday after the news of the death of the daughter of Noraldo Iriarte Arias, better known as ‘Chawala’, was known.
Today the Iriarte family mourns the prompt and unexpected departure of Ángela Inés Iriarte Correa, the only woman among the 4 children of the renowned DJ and figure of this important musical machine.
According to the first versions, the young woman, 36, suffered from blood pressure problems and other affectations, which they had been able to control all this time, however, on Saturday, October 3, Angela said goodbye to family, friends and acquaintances leaving a great void, especially in her father ‘Chawala’, as she was the only girl, of four children.
Ángela, Noraldo, Juan David and Leo, are the names of the Chawala’s children, whom we constantly hear on the “plates” of the successes of this picó and that, surely, they will continue to mention, but now also as a tribute in memory the beautiful young woman.

Just a few minutes ago, ‘Chawala’ dedicated a video and an emotional farewell message for the young woman whom he called “Beautiful princess.”
“I know that God will give us enough strength to continue fighting, thank you for your sweetness, for the unconditional love that you gave us. Life goes on and I am calm because from heaven you will enlighten us to continue with our life projects ”, the champeta DJ began by saying.
