A patrolman and a police officer, that carried out patrols at the Andagoya service station, municipal seat of Medio San Juan, were killed with a firearm.
According to him Colonel Marco Antonio González, Commander of the Chocó Police, apparently those responsible for the events were three men who they fled in a canoe down the river.
So far the motives of the crime are unknown and it is investigated to find the whereabouts of the hitmen.

The officer recalled that in this area of the department of Chocó the ‘Clan del Golfo’ and the ELN commit crimes.
Triple homicide in Quibdó
It should be remembered that last weekend, in the middle of a discussion between members of the criminal structure ‘Los Palmeños’, from the municipality of Quibdó, were three alleged members murdered of that organization.
According to the first indications, the multiple crime occurred while ten people chatted in a house, located in the Los Puentes sector of the Horizonte neighborhood of the capital of Chocó, where apparently they wanted to establish who would be the leader of that group outside the law.

At the time, the Colonel Marco Antonio Gónzalez Triana, Commander of the Chocó Police, explained that among the victims there is a demobilized member of the ELN who had a judicial record. The other two men were also involved in investigations for the crimes of kidnapping, extortion and murder.
