Check if the Solidarity Income was transferred to Bancolombia, Davivienda or the Agrarian Bank

The general director of Social Prosperity, Susana Correa Borrero, affirmed that the Delivery of Solidarity Income resources is a priority for Social ProsperityTherefore, it guarantees that these monies will be transferred to more than 2.9 million beneficiaries, banked and unbanked. Here we explain how you should check if this income was transferred to you at Bancolombia, Davivienda or Banco Agrario.

In September 2020, the sixth draft was delivered by 160,000 pesos as part of the social assistance program for households in poverty and vulnerability, affected in their income as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The president of Colombia, Iván Duque, reported on July 20 that the beneficiaries of this subsidy they will receive a total of 1,440,000 pesos this year and 960,000 pesos in 2021 to meet the basic needs of their families.

Banked beneficiaries, pending the previous payments, will receive the resources through the 18 financial entities in which they have an active product. They will receive a text message from the bank informing the payment of the money and the accumulated of the past transfers.

For beneficiaries who do not have an account in the financial system, an easy-to-use digital product will be opened through the mobile phone in a simplified process that will be carried out in financial institutions such as Bancolombia (Nequi and Bancolombia a la Mano) and Davivienda (Daviplata), MOVii, among others.

With Davivienda You can check the balance through its website, in the DaviPlata mobile application or you can call the lines 338 3838 in Bogotá and 018000 123838 in the rest of the country.

Banco Agrario will notify you via text message when you receive the money order. If no message arrives, you can make a “virtual call” to check the balance and the last five movements of your products, check money orders, special deposits and credit applications.
