The authorities confirmed that they found the lifeless bodies of two women inside a house in the southeast of Cali.
The incident occurred on the first floor of a house located at Carrera 29A # 41-20, in the El Diamante neighborhood.
The first versions indicate that the women, who are sisters, were chatting in that residence with the sentimental partner of one of them.
Apparently, the alleged aggressor took advantage of the fact that his victims were in a high state of intoxication and fell asleep to, with a knife, attack them in the neck, thorax and other parts of the body without raising suspicion.
The fatalities were identified as Carolina Carmona Sánchez, 40, and Yolanda López Sánchez, 47. About the man, a sentimental partner of one of the victims, the Police reported in a preliminary report that he was recently released from prison for the crime of possession of narcotics.
One of the relatives of the murdered women pointed out that “the attacker had a relationship with one of them, but days before, they seemed to have fought. Carolina was the mother of two children. One of them is in Spain ”.
According to the Ministry of Security and Justice, between September 1 and 25 of this year, there have been 100 violent deaths in Cali.
