Ana Lucia Fernandez Villa, who had been reported missing in Medellín, was found alive.

Mayor Daniel Quintero Calle confirmed that the 17-year-old is with her mother, Marta Villa, who is the director of the Truth Commission in Antioquia.

“Joy for the appearance of Ana Lucía Fernández. She’s already with her mom. I appreciate the work of all the institutions that worked diligently and the support of the citizens ”, indicated the president.

General Juan Carlos Ramírez, commander of the Army’s Seventh Division, specified that the young woman is fine.

“From the moment Ana Lucía disappeared, we used our abilities to find her alive. Good news for the people of Antioquia, she appeared alive and is reunited with her family. Our most important mission is to protect the population ”, reported the senior official.

The 11th grade student had disappeared on Monday, September 21 in the La Aguacatala sector, where he took a taxi at 7:00 at night.
