The multinational contact center Teleperformance announced that a call is open from today so that people from all regions of Colombia, especially the department of Antioquia, can participate for 4,000 new jobs.
According to the firm, the vacancies are for customer service agents, their salary range will be 1,600,000 pesos and the main requirement is that the person interested in applying “must be bilingual in English, French or Portuguese, since calls from clients from countries that handle those languages will be answered.”
In addition, they added that these positions will not require more work experience.

According Andrés Bernal, CEO of Teleperformance CGP region (Colombia-Guyana-Peru), all vacancies contemplate an indefinite term contract with their respective social benefits “and 100% of the activities will be carried out under the WAHA model, for its acronym in English: Work at home agent, in other words: telework“
The executive added that at this time 90% of his collaborators work from home and some 20,000 people “who have all the necessary computer resources, technology and equipment” carry out their tasks and functions normally.
