A judge of guarantees will decide this Monday whether to send the policemen involved in the death of the Javier Ordonez, occurred on September 9 in Bogotá.

Javier Ordóñez, 46 years old, father of two children and husband, died after a violent police procedure involving uniformed members of the CAI of Villa Luz in the town of Engativá.
