There is a commotion in the Valley over the murder of two sisters, one of them a minor, in a rural area of the municipality of Restrepo. The young women had several gunshot wounds.
The victims, who were identified as Maribel Ortiz, 21, and Nicol Dayana Ortiz, 14, had left their home in Restrepo, Valle, on Friday afternoon, apparently accompanied by a subject.

“We require that man who went out with them to present himself to the authorities,” said Colonel Jorge Urquijo Sandoval, Valle del Cauca Police Commander.
Mayor Armando Vélez expressed solidarity with the family of the victims and announced a reward to clarify the crime.
According to statements given by the mother of the two young women to the authorities, they had gone out for a walk and constantly informed her of their location.
The bodies were found on the side of the road, in the Río Bravo village, in the municipality of La Cumbre. The Police are making progress in the investigations.
