Armed confrontation in Apure leaves 19 dead: four Venezuelan soldiers

According to the minutes of the Integral Defense Zone (ZODI) Apure, Sergeant Franklin Enrique Ruiz Ramírez, who was shot in the right arm; Corporal Álvaro Gilberto Gregorio, with a left hand fracture due to a gunshot wound, and Corporal Fernando de Jesús Belisario with an open fracture of the left forearm.
