After Blu Radio interviewed Representative Gabriel Santos, Zuleta – who works at that station – said that he was not surprised by the congressman’s position, because Francisco Santos smoked marijuana when he was young.

The project that Santos supports, despite the fact that his party does not, has already passed its first debate in the House of Representatives. However, the initiative has yet to overcome 7 more debates.
