To begin with, 86.7 percent of those surveyed said that the home became their main workplace; As for women, before the quarantine, 53.1 percent did work at home, a percentage that rose to 90 percent in the pandemic.

The increase in teleworking and working at home has caused the working hours to be extended and the limits in the hours that were previously demarcated have become blurred. The survey showed that, in quarantine, the duration of working hours at home is more than eight hours a day for 57.5 percent of those surveyed.

It has not been easy, for those consulted, to find a balance between work, family and personal life at this juncture. According to the survey, many have put aside self-care, represented in attending medical appointments, doing care treatments, exercising or meditating.
Before the pandemic, 7.5 percent of those surveyed did not dedicate time to these activities. During isolation, that percentage increased to 36.8.
