The EMUI 10.1 customization layer debuted with the Huawei P40 family last month. It’s an incremental improvement over EMUI 10 based on Android 10, which arrived last year.
The company has already released a closed beta to some of its devices and today, at the launch of the new Huawei Nova 7 series, Huawei has revealed the full list of 22 devices that will receive the new update.
On Honor devices, EMUI 10.1 comes under the name Magic UI 3.1 and incorporates some minor changes. As today’s launch event has been focused on Huawei branded devices, the company has only revealed the devices of its own brand. We assume that Honor will announce its own list soon.

List of devices that will update to EMUI 10.1
Since most of the devices mentioned have already received the closed beta, we expect the brand to release open beta versions soon, followed by stable OTAs for all users.
While this list is exclusively for China, looking at the history of updates provided by Huawei, we hope that the global variants will also receive EMUI 10.1.
