Noticias Caracol learned about the tour that CTI agents made in the Villa Luz neighborhood with one of the key witnesses of the brutal beating of which Javier Ordóñez was the victim.
Researchers have collected a total of 12 testimonies from neighbors and friends of Javier Ordonez that they would have evidenced what happened and two videos of CAI Villa Luz that, according to agents who have been able to see them, evidence an “insane” act by the uniformed against the law student.
In the images, obtained by Snail News, you see the moment in which CTI agents arrive in the Villa Luz neighborhood, exactly at the places where Javier Ordoñez was minutes before he died. In the reconstruction of the events, Andrés, the friend of the law student who was with him at all times and who narrated, step by step, what happened that night.
According to Andrés’ account, they came from a cigarette store two blocks from the residential complex where the events occurred. The key witness showed CTI agents a security camera that he would have recorded the minutes before the cops approached them.
He also said that Javier had caught hold of a traffic signal to avoid being knocked down. According to the witness, it was at that moment when the first shock of current was heard so that it was released and there began the brutal police attack that was evidenced on video.
Later in the CAI he commented that Javier was attacked on several occasions, even the Prosecutor’s Office already has in its possession a video that would expose that beating.
The witness pointed out that, after the ruthless aggression by some policemen, Javier was left at the door of the CAI and together with another friend they picked him up to put him in a vehicle and take him to the hospital.
The CTI agents also went to the house where Javier Ordóñez lived to collect some evidence that was taken to the Prosecutor’s Office.
