Finally, Pumarejo said that administrators are “directly responsible” for not having parties and social gatherings in the buildings: “Family gatherings or parties are not allowed, we have said it over and over again.”

The commander of the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police, Brigadier General Ricardo Alarcón, indicated that judicial police actions are being carried out to establish identities of those directly responsible for the attacks, which are four.
