This project was carried out by means of a call through the Chamber of Commerce of Cúcuta, Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja, Riohacha, Armenia, Cali, La Dorada, Tunja, Duitama, Sogamoso, Pereira, Dosquebradas, Yopal, Villavicencio and Barranquilla.
