Non-VIS housing allowance:

For this type of housing, according to the portfolio, 100,000 new subsidies will be available as of September 18 of this year and will be accessible to Colombian families of any income level.

The condition for people who want to access this subsidy is that the value of the property exceeds that of a social housing and does not exceed 500 minimum wages (438 million pesos, approximately).

“The beneficiaries of the subsidies for the purchase of housing No VIS will receive a monthly aid during the first seven years of the loan that implies a reduction of the quota close to 438,000 pesos, which translates into a total subsidy equivalent to 42 minimum wages (36,867,684 pesos).
