Social networks are enraged with two men on motorcycles, who were recorded dragging a dog in an obvious case of animal abuse.
The video was recorded in Arjona, department of Bolívar, where the dog tied with a rope can be seen, apparently dead when the subjects were walking near the village of Gambote.

Due to the indignation among the inhabitants of the municipality, the Governor of Bolívar, Vicente Antonio Blel, offers 5 million pesos of reward for whoever locates those responsible for the aberrant act.
“In coordination with the Bolívar Police Command, we offer a reward to find the whereabouts of those responsible for this act of cruelty,” said Blel.

It is important to note that a team from the ‘El Guardián Animal Protection Center’ is ready so that, once the canine is located, they can take it to its facilities and provide all the necessary care.
