In the last hours the specialists of the Imbanaco Medical Center, where the governor of Valle del Cauca, Clara Luz Roldán receives care, ruled out that the condition that forced her hospitalization is related to the new coronavirus.
Through a statement, the Medical Center indicated that the tests carried out on the president have been satisfactory.
“The different tests have for the time being ruled out the diagnosis of COVID-19, although their study will be complemented according to their evolution times,” the statement said.

It should be mentioned that the president was admitted to the healthcare center in stable conditions despite presenting a respiratory clinical picture associated with chest pain.
The report on the condition of the president also indicates that her current state is fully stable and that all pertinent diagnostic and therapeutic measures will be carried out.
Finally, the president of the Valle del Cauca region sent a message of hope and optimism to continue with the commitment to reactivate the department and keep up the guard against the Coronavirus.

It should be remembered that while Roldán is hospitalized, the head of the Private Office of the Interior, Sandra Romero, will occupy the position of governor in charge for 10 business days.
