Colombia captured four Venezuelans who participated in the intelligence of Operation Gideon

Four Venezuelans were captured in Colombia by the authorities after being accused of participating in intelligence tasks of the Operation Gideon against Nicolás Maduro. The news was confirmed by a source from the Government of Iván Duque to the Colombian newspaper Time.

The Duke himself was informed on Wednesday about the captures, carried out in Bogotá and Barranquilla, by an elite body made up of officials from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the Army and Migration Colombia.

Those arrested were identified as Yacsi Alexandra Álvarez, Rayder Alexander Russo and the brothers Juvenal and José Sequea Torres, who would have participated in the intelligence coordination of the operation that sought to remove Maduro from power.
