CWith the arrival of selective isolation with responsible individual distancing, the reactivation of the city’s economy is given way and this was stipulated in Decree 0826 of August 31, issued by the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena, which indicates what is allowed and what not in this new phase of isolation that goes until September 16 at 00 hours, where care depends solely and exclusively on each person, with the sole purpose of preventing a re-outbreak of coronavirus in the city.

“We went from mandatory isolation to preventive isolation. Much of the economy reopens, except those that are prohibited by the Government. We received from the Ministry of the Interior the response to our request for activities, such as requesting a negative COVID-19 test from all passengers arriving in Cartagena, but they denied it, only screening will be done, ”said the mayor, William Dau.

Bathers are still restricted from entering the sea and staying on the beach. It can only be used for transit.

Hotel service in the island zone is still closed.

Restaurants that do not have outdoor spaces, will not be able to pay attention at the table, so they should only continue with home deliveries or take away.

Joint amateur sports activities are not allowed.

The public is prohibited from entering sports, artistic and cultural activities or venues.
