The decision of the high court was revealed by Semana and maintains that, although there was a violation of the sanitary measure by Angélica Lozano, the conduct “It is stripped of all criminal relevance.”

The complaint seeking a criminal sanction against Lozano was filed by Pablo Bustos, president of the Red de Veedurías, recalls the magazine.
