To the jail foreigners who called a ‘sex party’ in the north of Cali

The Circuit Criminal Judge 31 issued an intramural insurance measure against the two foreign citizens who called the party discovered on Tuesday night by the Cali Metropolitan Police and the Ministry of Security in the Paso del Comercio neighborhood.

After holding the guarantee control hearing, which ended around 9:20 pm, the judge considered that the two persons of Venezuelan nationality who called the meeting and are listed as tenants of the property are judicial subjects for an insurance measure for failing to comply compulsory preventive isolation, in addition to the fact that liquor, drugs and an agglomeration of people without biosecurity measures are found.

The other 17 captured were released and must pay a fine of more than $ 930,000 pesos for committing the crime of violation of sanitary measure.

According to what emerged during the hearing, one of the foreigners has been living in the city since 2018, while the other arrived from Venezuela last January.

The party had been scheduled to take place between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. and several of the guests arrived at the place from 3:00 p.m., while others did so even after the appointed time.
