“I was leaving the neighborhood on my motorcycle when the councilman threw the car over me. I immediately complained to him about why he was throwing the car at me. When I looked in the rearview mirror I saw that he was reversing in the car and I also turned to see what the Councilman wanted. The man once began to treat me badly, with an aggressive posture, he began to tell me that I was not from the neighborhood that I left. When he gives me to understand that he is going to take out a gun or something like that, I try to leave and he pushes me off the bike. When he pushes me, my keys fall and he throws them to the ceiling, ”said Kevin, the young man attacked by the Councilman.
Minutes later it is observed in the video of the surveillance camera when Kevin returns with one of his friends to the place where Councilman Rangel Suárez had thrown the keys. However, on the site continues the public official who decided to take the young man on a clean leash.
“As neither the warden nor he (Rodolfo Rangel) let me look for the keys, nor did he want to let me leave the neighborhood, I went to look for a friend who does live in the neighborhood to talk to the Councilman while I was looking for my keys. We hardly arrived at the place the councilman once began to look for me and to give me straps with the buckle of the strap. Later, the councilman’s sons started hitting my friend for helping me, ”Kevin said.

For his part, the ‘green’ councilman, Rodolfo Rangel, assured that everything was due to an act of self-defense.

Moments later the councilman’s sons assaulted Kevin’s other friend who was at the scene.
According to Kevin, neither in the Prosecutor’s Office nor in the Office of the Attorney General have wanted to receive the complaints of personal assault against the Councilor, so he decided to go to the media to report the events.
“I have gone several times to file the complaint but the Prosecutor’s Office tells me that they are not attending in person. Tomorrow that I have Pico and Cédula I am going to try again ”, assured Kevin.
Likewise, Councilor Rodolfo Rangel assured that he feels insecure in the neighborhood as a result of the discussion with motorized youths the previous week.
“I already spoke with the Major of the Police, I explained the situation and asked for his collaboration because now I have to take care of myself here in the neighborhood,” added Rangel Suárez.
