The new cases were registered in Bogotá (210), Meta (63), Valle del Cauca (57), Cartagena (45), Atlántico (29), Barranquilla (11), Nariño (9), Caldas (6), Norte de Santander (3), Amazonas (3), Antioquia (2), Risaralda (2), Cundinamarca (2), Santander (1) and Cesar (1).
So far, 2,569 people have recovered. On the day of this Saturday 5173 tests were carried out.
Among the 17 new deceased there are nine men: two 67 and 72 years old in Barranquilla, two 64 and 79 years old in Leticia, two 64 and 66 years old in Cartagena, one 86 years old in Bogotá, one 72 years old in Ciénaga ( Magdalena) and a 69-year-old in Pasto. Two cases have comorbidities, the others had epoc, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease.
The death of eight women was also reported: two 75 and 77 years old in Cali, one 79 years old in Aguachica, two 78 and 89 years old in Bogotá, three 50, 67 and 72 years old in Barranquilla, one 81 years old in Norcasia (Caldas), two 64 and 79 years old in Leticia, one 87 years old in Soledad and one 72 years old in Ciénaga (Magdalena). They had a history of diabetes, kidney failure, hypertension, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, COPD, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, smoking, chronic kidney disease, and obesity.
In the case of Santander, a total of 42 infected have been identified. In this department 6 cases are still active, 33 patients have recovered and 3 have died.
