“There are many people authorized to go out, but doing it without a face mask is a capital sin, that will receive a very high fine. We are going to be watching everywhere: houses, shops, streets, etc, ”explained López, who added that starting on May 11, citizens must take greater care and self-regulation, which implies abiding by biosafety regulations.
Among the obligations that citizens must fulfill, the president added, in addition to the mandatory use of face masks, to maintain a distance of at least one meter; mobilize on foot, by bicycle or in a car shared with less than three people; wash your hands frequently, and avoid physical contact under any circumstances.
López reiterated that those who have symptoms of Covid-19 should stay home and report to line 123. “This means that any of us can be infected by coronavirus and that is why we are going to act as if we had all been infected: we all wear face masks , we wash our hands and face ”, he pointed out.
