Before the fall, the official was decorated with the medal ‘distinguished services to the General Maritime Directorate’, and in her social networks she said that this is a “pride” that motivates her “to continue promoting this key sector for the economy.”
Ramírez published photos of the event and of the moment when Defense Minister Diego Molano imposed the decoration on him, but so far it is unknown if he suffered any kind of injury from the heavy fall.
