Mike Tyson already trains to return to the ring at 53

The 53-year-old American, Mike Tyson, spoke to rapper ‘T.I’ in a live on Instagram about his return to the ring.

The former world champion will make a comeback for a charitable cause. “My intention is to get in shape and be able to do three or four round bouts for charity. To help homeless people and those with drug problems, as it happened to me, “he revealed.

“I’m starting to get better. I do two hours of cardio, one hour of cycling and another of treadmill and then light weights with 250-300 repetitions. I start the day with boxing, a half hour of combinations. It hurts, it feels like three guys kicking my butt, ”added Tyson.

Tyson left boxing in 2005 after falling to Kevin McBride. The boxer closed his career with 50 wins and six losses, 44 of his wins were by knockout.

Then he had problems with drugs and justice. He was even in jail. His image was damaged and also his fortune, but he straightened his life and knew how to reinvent himself through the marijuana business for medicinal purposes. He set up a farming ranch on which he billed around half a million dollars.
