The Dutch cyclist Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Fenix) has donned the first leader’s jersey of the third edition of the Tour of the United Arab Emirates, a 177-kilometer day held this Sunday between the towns of Al Ruwais and Al Mirfa.
