Jhon Cadena – the new lawyer for Paul Naranjo, one of the alleged implicated in the death of Ana María Castro in Bogotá – assured that his client will be delivered to justice next Tuesday.

The 29-year-old hopes to clarify what happened to Ana María in the early hours of March 4. Investigations indicate that, apparently, it was thrown from a vehicle.

“This man is going to answer for his actions before the courts. It will be delivered on Tuesday. It had been initially thought about on Friday, but for logistical reasons and gathering some elements for the hearing that is going to take place, it is necessary to take three more days, ”said attorney Cadena.

The puzzle of the Prosecutor’s Office still has pieces missing, since it has not been possible to establish what happened to Ana María Castro. Of course, it was determined that Paul Naranjo, Mateo Reyes and Julián Ortegón saw her for the last time alive.

Videos, part of the probative material that Seventh Day has released, show that the university student decided to leave with the three young people, despite the opposition of one of her friends

According to Paul, on the way to Julián Ortegón’s house, exactly on Calle 80, he asks Ana María and Mateo to get out of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, It is clear to the Prosecutor that the young woman was thrown from a moving vehicle.

“Let us be patient, the truth will come out and justice will shine for all,” added lawyer Cadena.

Regarding the others allegedly implicated, Julián Ortegón was sent to jail and charged with the crime of femicide; Mateo Reyes does not have any type of judicial requirement so far.
