The worst of the situation is that the minors had free access to alcoholic beverages. So lor shows a girl who, apparently already with the effects of alcohol on her head, drinks beer.
You might think that the minors had no surveillance (which does not exempt parents from responsibility), but in the video it is appreciated that several adults were present in the unfortunate scene and they did nothing to stop them from behaving that way.
