The lawyer Pedro Aguilar told Caracol Radio that “in La Picota he had very bad times” and “that is why he was transferred to Artillery in the south of Bogotá. Likewise, he maintained that since August the transfer to Cespo has been in process, but there has not been an investigation into the alleged attack either against his life.
Moreno arrived deported from the United States to Colombia in early December. Their testimonies could reveal acts of corruption by multiple officials, but also former magistrates and former congressmen. He himself has said that his life would be in danger because he was dealing “with bandits.”
