The authorities detailed that the accused was arrested in the municipality of San Juan del Cesar after an operation by the CTI of the Prosecutor’s Office with the support of the National Army.
According to the information that was collected, the woman allegedly mistreated her romantic partner because she did not cook lunch on time or do other household chores.
“A man crying anguishly for the continuous mistreatment of his wife, tired of sweeping and cooking, went to the police and reported the constant mistreatment”, it is the information that has circulated in local media.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Second Promiscuous Municipal Court of San Juan del Cesar, for the possible crime of domestic violence.
The woman was captured and taken into the custody of the National Police.
