In the videos, recorded by the same sanctioned and by the Police, it is seen how a uniformed man imposes a summons on the neighbor of a woman who called line 123 to report the presence of people in her neighboring house. According to the Police, the man would be violating the isolation measures for not having the documents required to telework at his premises, located in his own home.
“One of the surveillance patrols went to the house located in the Lagos II neighborhood, where a business premises that functions as maintenance and repair of computers is located, which does not have the required documents nor is it among the 41 exceptions established in decree 593 issued by the Floridablanca Mayor’s Office, ”stated General Luis Ernesto García, commander of the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Police.
Further, in the house where the premises are located, which has a visible advertising billboard, apparently, the man would attend his clients in person.
The sanctioned man published a video in which he claims that he received an unjustified appearance, since he has not left his home and is working under the modality of teleworking, which is the only way in which, according to him, he can perform.
“I reiterate to the authorities that I do not know why I received this summons, I also do not have the means to pay the fine, since I am behind in the rent payments, and I must maintain the home that I have with my two children. I am also being prohibited from working from home, which I do not understand either, since I am not leaving the house to breach the quarantine, ”he added.
