The FBI office confirmed the veracity of this message decrypted by David Oranchak, Sam Blake and Jarl Van Eykcke, whowho worked on this task since 2006. In addition, the authorities recalled that the case of the “murderer of the zodiac” will remain open until the culprit is found.
