The Information System for Security and Coexistence – SISC of Medellín provided the identity of the woman who died after being brutally attacked by her sentimental partner in the San Domingo Savio neighborhood of Comuna 1- El Popular.
This is A. Pareja Jiménez, 44 years old, who died last Tuesday, a holiday, December 8, in a medical center in the city, after being attacked with a hammer in the afternoon on Monday, December 7.
Regarding the facts, it was known that the woman was inside her home when an argument with her sentimental partner was recorded, in the middle of this, the man would have hit her at the height of the skull with a hammer.
The woman was seriously injured and the authorities came to the site who helped her. For his part, the alleged murderer was found at the scene of the events, who explained that they were in an argument motivated by jealousy.
The man also had to be assisted and taken to a medical center since, apparently, after the attack, he would have ingested a chemical substance to affect his life. After a gastric lavage, he was released.
It is expected that in the next few hours he will be recaptured.
