At this time the seventh specialized prosecutor of Armenia asks the judge to legalize the captures.
At 7:46 in the morning of this Saturday, the First Municipal Criminal Court of Guarantee Control of Armenia began the hearings of legalization of captures, indictment of charges and request for an insurance measure against Rosalba Marín Montes and Maricela Ruiz Marín, prosecuted for the disappearance and murder of Mrs. Betty Vallejo.
At this time the seventh specialized prosecutor of Armenia asks the judge to legalize the captures. The two daughters of the victim are present at the hearings.
The arrests of those involved were materialized last Thursday night by agents of the Criminal Investigation Section, Sijín, of the Quindío Police.
Rosalba was arrested at the La Inquisición farm in the Santa Inés de Palestina village, Caldas, and Maricela was deprived of her liberty in the Cuba neighborhood of Pereira.
The mortal remains of the victim were found this Friday morning in a wooded area of the Los Naranjos neighborhood of Armenia thanks to information provided by Rosalba to the investigators.
