This Wednesday a video went viral on social networks that reveals the incorrect behavior of a Police agent who in a station He grabbed a handcuffed man by the neck and later threw him hard against the wall.
The images do not allow establishing why the victim of the police action was captured, nor what happened after he treated him that way.
The protagonist of this reprehensible situation would be a mayor attached to the Sijín, according to the Barranquilla newspaper El Heraldo. The event took place in one of the stations of the Atlántico Police Department, although the Zona Cero portal assured that it was exactly in the municipality of Sabanalarga.
The video shows that the Sijín researcher, who is dressed in civilian clothes but carries a weapon and a crew radio, grabbed the handcuffed man by the neck, lifted him off the ground with his force and later hit him against one of the walls of the office where they were.
