There an artistic presentation was made to which in principle few people attended, but that As it developed, it came to congregate several dozen people and in which, according to the councilor, it would be evident a lack of social distancing -even on the part of the mayor López herself- as well as the absence of biosafety protocols to avoid contagion of the new coronavirus, since there were no disinfection areas where there were antibacterial gel and antiseptic alcohol dispensers.

Neither were body temperature measurements taken and some of the attendees would have misused their masks. “It became a massive event called by the District, when the city registers more than 374,000 cases of covid-19.”, Said the lobbyist.

“It put the community at risk: children, the elderly and many people who attended this event called by the Mayor’s Office without complying with the biosafety protocols, with what violated the norms established by the National Government and by the same District ”, said Arbeláez.
