According to the most recent report from the Ministry of Health, in Colombia there are 9,103 new cases of coronavirus infections. That figure was the result of processing 55,508 tests (35,345 PCR and 20,163 antigens).

Of this general figure, there are 63,015 active cases, leaving as a result, so far, a total of 1’197,204 recovered so far.
Regarding deaths, 187 new ones were reported due to the pandemic. Thus, the total deaths in the country amount to 36,401.

Bogotá, with 372,174 cases, is the area of the country most affected. They are followed by Antioquia (211,146), Valle del Cauca (106,573), Atlántico (77,561) and Santander (52,455).

Vichada (896), Vaupés (1,119), Guainía (1,202), Guaviare (1,827) and San Andrés y Providencia (2,126), the least registered.
Worldwide, more than 61 million people are infected. Of these, more than 39 million have been recovered and more than 1.4 million have died.
