This Thursday, November 26, the first and only photo of the Argentine star Diego Maradona inside his coffin went viral.
While thousands of fans said goodbye to the remains of ‘El Pelusa’ in the Casa Rosada (the government house in Argentina), in Buenos Aires, social networks erupted with repudiation and rejection of the man who took it.
It is about Diego Molina, an employee of the Pinier Funeral Home and who he was in charge of preparing the body for the wake: he took advantage of his work to take the image, during the afternoon-night of Wednesday, November 25.

The photo generated a lot of outrage, since they consider this fact as a violation of Maradona’s privacy, something that was a constant when he was alive.
Journalists and friends of the star have expressed their repudiation of Molina and have even requested a judicial process against him.
In addition, a video of the person involved was ‘discovered’, when the body is being transferred to the Casa Rosada, in which he greets the cameras and makes a ‘surfer’ or ‘shaka signal’ gesture.
I started looking because my face was etched last night. It is the same that at 11:50 pm greeted from the truck that was transporting Diego. May justice act with the full weight of the Law. The 10th, the family, or everyone who loves him does not deserve it. Nobody deserves it. pic.twitter.com/YTVb3ULd7C

As confirmed by the Argentine television channel ‘TN’, the employee was fired by the owner of the funeral home, who in turn apologized to the idol’s family for what happened.
But that was not the only photo that was taken with the remains of the ‘D10S’ in the viewing room.
Minutes after the viralization of the first photo, another came to light with two more people preparing the body. In the image you can see the men greeting the camera with a gesture of ‘all good’ and Maradona with an open drawer.

Maradona’s friend and media lawyer Matias Morla said that he will not rest until they pay the consequences of that act of “cowardice.”
“Diego Molina is the scoundrel who took a photo next to Diego Maradona’s coffin. For the memory of my friend, I will not rest until I pay for such an aberration,” he posted on his Twitter account.
