Former FARC commander Pastor Alape, ex-paramilitary Martín Llanos and Carlos Antonio Moreno want to be heard by the Truth Commission publicly and with the media. In the letter addressed to Father Francisco De Roux, Moreno, who passed from the EPL, to the Self-Defense Forces and the Gulf Clan, promises to reveal the complicity of some rulers with the Gaitanista Self-Defense Forces of Colombia and the dark movements during the Ralito Pact between the government Uribe and the paramilitaries.
Another letter that De Roux received, who has the task of putting together the story of the war, was that of Martín Llanos, head of the Casanare Peasant Self-Defense Forces. Llanos would come before the Commission to tell about the orders to finish off the guerrillas in the plain and throughout the country. They join the call of Jorge 40 and Salvatore Mancuso who are waiting to be heard after more than ten years of demobilization.
